Q. What are the exact dates of Greek Summer?
A. The exact dates of Greek Summer vary from year to year. The trip runs from the end of June through the end of July or early August.
Q. What is the cost for the program?
A. The program cost is $6,000. Airfare is additional.
Q. Will I be refunded my $1,600 deposit if I am not accepted into the program?
A. Yes. If you are not accepted into the program your deposit is fully refunded.
Q. What are the age requirements for Greek Summer?
A. Greek Summer is limited to high school students who have completed grades 9 (however they must have had their 15th birthday by June 20), 10,11 or 12.
Q. Can people from outside the United States attend the program?
A. Yes
Q. Do I need to speak Greek to participate in the program?
A. No, you do not need to speak Greek. Most of the students on the program have little or no experience with the Greek language.
Q. Is there anybody in my area to whom I could speak about the Program?
A. Greek Summer has more than 1,000 alumni and many are anxious to speak about their experiences. Contact us to find someone in your area.
